Lion kills female intern at California big cat park
A young woman who was working her dream internship at a California private zoo for exotic animals was mauled to death by an African lion.
‘Cannibal Cop’ Giberto Valle is currently on trial in NYC for allegedly plotting to kill and eat several women. The violent scenarios described in Valle’s online chats, like a plan to cut his wife’s throat and hang her by the feet to bleed out, are taking place thousands of times a day in slaughterhouses.

Cat Declawer Sentenced to 180 Days in Halfway House
A D.C. man charged with two counts of felony animal cruelty for declawing his daughter’s two eight-week-old kittens at home last year was sentenced to 180 days in jail today, but that portion of his sentence was suspended.
