After learning that the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is holding a contest for the most eye-catching and informative packaging of its free condoms, PETA rose to the occasion and submitted artwork featuring a condom-covered cucumber and the words, “Protect Yourself: Go Vegan, L.A.!”
